The Generosity Revolution campaign is a month-long journey for a church community. The aim is to bring about a mindset change in the members of your congregation with respect to giving and receiving, in a context of inequality, in a way that builds dignity for all people.
Based on an in-depth study into God’s generosity laws as outlined in Leviticus and Deuteronomy, and narrated in the book of Ruth, the Christian believer is offered the opportunity to discover a theology of generosity that gives birth to exciting and achievable ways of giving and receiving with dignity.
A three-pronged approach, addressing the heads, hearts and hands of a community, allows for the word of God to challenge our mindsets, lead to refection in our spirits, and ultimately produce a change in lifestyle that should impact the community in which the church is situated.
